Welcome to Gator Gills. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gator Gills. We operate this online store and website, including its information, content, features, tools, products, and services. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing our products.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have given permission for a minor dependent to use this website under your supervision.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing variations, photography, screen settings, or product improvements.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE

Gator Gills Hook Safety Shields are designed to help reduce accidental contact with exposed fishing hooks. No fishing accessory can eliminate every risk of puncture or injury.

Fishing hooks are sharp and should always be handled carefully. Follow all product instructions and inspect each shield before use. Do not use a shield that is excessively worn, torn, damaged, or no longer securely covers the hook.

Keep fishing hooks and Gator Gills products away from unsupervised children and pets. Adult supervision is recommended whenever children handle fishing equipment.

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate product for your hook and using it correctly. Gator Gills is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper installation, failure to inspect the product, or use of a damaged product. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, payment issues, or unauthorized resale.

An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review your shipping address, products, quantities, and payment information before submitting your order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, or billing information provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Products are intended for personal or household use unless resale has been authorized by Gator Gills through a written agreement or approved wholesale program.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or system error.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. The full amount will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically state otherwise.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve lost, damaged, delayed, or incorrectly delivered orders.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which is available through our website and checkout.

Opened, used, punctured, altered, or customer-damaged Gator Gills products are not returnable unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms limits return, refund, or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

The Gator Gills name, product designs, written content, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, slogans, packaging, and other original materials belong to Gator Gills or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Certain Gator Gills products or designs may also be covered by pending patent applications or other intellectual-property protections.

You may use our website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, sell, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit our products, designs, photographs, videos, text, logos, or other content without prior written permission.

No license or ownership right is granted to you except the limited right to use the website for lawful personal purposes.

By using our store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Gator Gills, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from purchases and transactions made directly with Gator Gills.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping information, or inventory errors.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the entire agreement concerning your use of the website and purchases from our store, except for a separate written wholesale, promotional, or partnership agreement signed by Gator Gills.
