30-Day Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is also required.

Because Gator Gills Hook Safety Shields come into direct contact with fishing hooks, products that have been opened, used, punctured, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Starting a Return

Before sending anything back, contact us at tidwondoregan@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For ordinary returns, such as changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem.

If we confirm that Gator Gills made an error or that the product arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover any required return-shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. After an order ships, it must follow the return requirements above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. After an approved return is completed, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to post the refund.
